Fondue made with a typical cheese from Valle d’Aosta, fontina cheese. It has a sweet and intense flavour. It is prepared with the traditional recipe: fontina cheese, water, egg yolk, milk and butter. When heated, the sauce will melt to the perfect consistency and it’s great for dipping meat, vegetables and breads. It is also delicious when used on pasta, polenta, or on top of pizza, sandwiches and bruschetta.
