Description

Mixture of mushrooms (button, yellow family, straw) and garden vegetables (baby onions, cucumbers, artichoke halves, chopped peppers) with black and green olives. The mixture is flavoured with oil and Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI. Recommended as an appetiser and for salads and cold pasta dishes.
