Guacamole is a traditional avocado-based sauce from Mexico. This age-old recipe is said to have been created by the Aztecs. Menù has developed a fresher version of Guacamole, with a strong but balanced flavour marked by a delicate hint of avocado. Enriched with onion, sweet pepper and lemon juice, it contains 65% avocado.A great sauce for sandwiches, toasts and gourmet pizzas (added after cooking). Perfect with tacos and fries. It is also suitable to create salad dressing and paired with white meats and vegetables.
