The pan pizza has a round or slightly oval shape, with a high and soft edge, a soft and honeycombed interior, and a crunchy exterior. To enhance the taste, the base can be brushed with a little oil and heated in a fan oven at 250°C for 5-6 minutes, then garnished to taste. It is ideal both when cut in half and filled inside and when seasoned on the surface. For traditional fillings, we recommend filling the base and baking it in a fan oven at 180-200°C for 8-10 minutes.
