Powder preparation for mashed potatoes
Ready-to-use dehydrated potato flakes. It makes great mash potato and it can also be used with the Polenta Machine. Extremely versatile, it can be used on meat-based recipes like meatballs and meatloaf as the binding ingredient. Bring 1 l of water to the boil with 1 tablespoon of salt. Add 1 l of milk and 440 g of Fiokki powder. Allow the product to rise for 1 minute and add Grana cheese to taste.
