Sauce with Codfish

White condiment made from cubes of high-quality salted Atlantic cod, soaked to soften it while preserving the pleasant firmness typical of the product. It comes in cubes,  without skin, in a white sauce consisting of the salt cod cooking water, extra virgin olive oil and herbs. It can be served as it is with polenta, beaten together to make creamed salt cod, as a condiment for pasta dishes and also embellished with other ingredients to make typical dishes.
