Mixed wild mushrooms

Sliced Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius) and Red pine mushrooms (Lactarius deliciosus), cubed Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and relative group) and whole Chanterelle mushrooms, prepared with oil and aromatic herbs.
A mix of balanced but intense, aromatic flavour, ideal as a delicious appetiser or side dish to serve with polenta and meat courses. Delicious also as a garnish or addition to risottos after cooking.
