Italian pork shoulder cooked for many hours with typical herbs and spices. This dish maintains all of its natural flavours and aromas. Ideal as a filling for hamburgers, sandwiches, tortillas, bruschetta and as a main course. Squeeze the bag gently to break up the pieces of meat, place the product on a sheet pan together with the liquid, without any parchment paper, bake for 10-15 minutes at 220˚ C, until the meat has browned.
